Question 1

What makes Mulholland different?

Accepted Answer

Two things. The formulas are concentrated and built around real actives, so they clean or treat and leave skin better than they found it. And every product shares one scent architecture, so your wash, deodorant, and fragrance work as one ritual instead of competing on your skin.

Question 2

How does the scent architecture work?

Accepted Answer

Each scent, Mulholland Leather and Coastal Drift, runs through the whole line. Use the body wash, deodorant, and fragrance in the same scent and you get one continuous impression head to foot, with no cheap top notes fighting the cologne you actually chose.

Question 3

Is the deodorant aluminum-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Whole-Body Deodorant is aluminum-free and baking-soda-free. It works by lowering the pH that odor-causing bacteria need to thrive, and it conditions skin while it works. It is built as a cream, so it goes wherever you need it.

Question 4

Is it an antiperspirant?

Accepted Answer

No. Antiperspirants reduce sweat by blocking pores with aluminum salts. Mulholland is a deodorant: it targets odor, not sweat, and leaves your skin's natural function alone.

Question 5

Why are the bottles small?

Accepted Answer

Because they are concentrated. You are not paying to ship water. A little goes further than you expect, and the bottle outlasts the oversized ones next to it.

Question 6

Can I use these anywhere on my body?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The body wash and deodorant are both designed for use anywhere you need them.

Question 7

Which scents can I choose?

Accepted Answer

Mulholland Leather is confident, magnetic, and a little dangerous: tobacco leaf, suede, and smoked vanilla. Coastal Drift is fresh and uncomplicated: bergamot, sea salt, eucalyptus, and driftwood. Undecided? Leather sits darker and warmer; Drift sits brighter and cleaner.

Question 8

Is it good for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

The formulas include calming, microbiome-supporting ingredients such as aloe, beta glucan, allantoin, and prebiotic ferments. As with any active skincare, patch test first if your skin is reactive.

Question 9

Where can I see the full ingredient lists?

Accepted Answer

Every product page carries an ingredients section with the key actives and the full list. For questions about a specific ingredient, write to info@mulhollandskin.com.

Question 10

How fast do orders ship?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship within 2 business days, and tracking lands in your inbox when your order leaves. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $100.

Question 11

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, opened or not. We would rather you try it properly than hedge.

Question 12

What is The Ledger?

Accepted Answer

The Ledger is the Mulholland membership. Members sign in to see order history, and subscription management arrives with our replenishment program. Joining the list before launch counts: early access and first allocation from the first run.
