Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

If a product is not working for you, return it, opened or not, within the window for a full refund. We would rather you try it properly than hedge.

Return shipping is on you, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. In that case we cover the label and make it right.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receipt. Gift cards are final sale.

To start a return, email info@mulhollandskin.com with your order number. We will confirm and send the return address. If you would rather exchange for the other scent, say so in the same email.
